Freeze in an ice tray- yogurt, juice, baby food, or chopped spinach or kale to add to your ready-to-blend smoothie bag. |
Bags all ready-to-blend in different flavors and combinations. |
This morning Brad and I shared a pineapple, peach, apple, yogurt smoothie. Yummy!
